Irene or “Honey” as many of us knew her was a loving wife, mother, sister, auntie and friend. This July 6 she and her husband David would have been celebrating their 59th wedding anniversary. Honey loved taking care of her family, including all her kitties. She worked for the Garvey School District for many years and enjoyed that very much. Honey could be found baking, watching her favorite basketball team the Los Angeles Lakers or Marvel movie, or spending a day at Disneyland. She will be missed very much by all who knew her.
Irene Marie Espinosa, age 78, of Commerce, California passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Irene was born March 15, 1944 in Los Angeles, CA.
A funeral service for Irene will be held Saturday, July 9, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park - Hillside Chapel, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601.
Irene will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601; Morning Glory Terrace Lawn; Gate: 1, Section: 2, Lot: 1513, Grave: 3.
