Gerald M. Esparza, 84, of Apple Valley, California, passed away on June 24, 2022, due to a chronic medical condition. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, spiritual leader, life counselor and friend to all who knew him. Gerald had a wonderful and memorable life with his wife, Bertha, for almost 50 years. He loved spending time fixing classic cars with his twin sons, Jerry and Henry, until he was no longer able to. His grandchildren called him "Happy Grandpa" because he was always happy when he spent quality time with all his grandchildren. He adored his loyal pet, Casper, who was always by his side. Gerald was a hardworking man who traveled long distances and countless days to support his family. He was a very positive person who liked helping others in need. He was a strong person who never gave up no matter how hard the challenge was. He was a spiritual man who enjoyed reading the bible and visiting the church where he enjoyed singing and giving wonderful testimonies of his life and his love of Christ. He will be greatly missed but will always hold a special place in our hearts. Dad, we love you and miss you very much! May you rest in peace!
