was born on July 16, 1960 to her parents Lillian May Ruth Muela, Alfonso Burciaga and Eddie Muela
Elaine passed away on June 29th 2020, peacefully at home in her sleep. She will be deeply missed by all who know her, but we find comfort in knowing that she went straight into the arms of our Lord and Savior. Elaine lived the life of a true survivor and her story is one of redemption. Elaine is survived by her husband Arnold Tostado; daughters Desire, Selina, Arlene, Roxanne and Mercedes; son Arnold Jr. Tostado; 15 grandchildren Joey, Deja, Lexi, Isaiah, Malaiah, Eli, Kalea, Andrew, Amar, Arly, Ares, Junior, Adonis, Amara and Arnold Josiah; brothers Albert and Eddie; sisters Ruth and Pauline as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on July 17th (viewing) @Rose Hills in Whittier Ca In the Sky Rose Chapel from 5-9. The Funeral will be held the following day July 18th at the same location, starting at 1pm. Come out and share in our love.
