Uncle Daniel,
You were more than an uncle to me, you took care of my siblings and I, you helped raise us, and as we got older you became our friend.  You had the most beautiful heart. You welcomed everybody and made us all feel so comfortable and happy whenever we were with you. Your fun and genuine personality made everyone adore you. You were always the funniest person in the room without even trying and your perfect smile could brighten up the world. Nobody will ever replace you, Uncle Daniel.
My heart is broken and it will never be whole again without you. I promise to cherish and share your memory and to try to be more like you. I love you so much Uncle Daniel and I will hold you in my heart forever.

Daniel, Your passing hit all as a surprise, I know you and I didn’t have the best relationship that cousins should have and we hardly seen eye to eye because we both had similar strong personalities but I know deep down inside you had a heart of gold! Good or bad I am happy that I got to live in the back apartment and that we got to spend a lot of time together even if it was to argue 😬 I’ll always remember when you would just open my door and walk in like if it was your place or when I was outside with my friends or Flaco having a beer you just come to join us. No matter how bad things were between us we would end up talking and end up telling each other I love you ❤️ I’m happy I got to see you one last time and was able to say my goodbyes to you! Now you’re with your mom, Luisa, your dad, grandma and my fatboy hug them all and tell them all I miss them ❤️ May you rest in paradise

Uncle Daniel, you called me many times to tell me how much you cared about my mom and how you worried about her. You said she was like your mom after the passing of grandma and Leecha and expressed how much you loved her and didn’t want anything to happen to her and I know you will continue to look after Cil, my mom and Norma. You may have been given grandpa’s name but you definitely had grandmas heart, love you uncle Daniel.

Uncle Daniel, 
Growing up, you and Aunt Cil were like second parents to us. I’m grateful for all of the memories that you and my parents had that I was able to witness. My dad’s best man and even walked my mom down the aisle. I’m so grateful that my children were able to know and love their Uncle Daniel. 
My heart hurts, but I will cherish our memories. I love you forever. 

Daniel, you loved unconditionally. No matter how badly you were treated at times you were always the bigger person who forgave and showed love, you  welcomed all and treated everyone like family, you were uncle Daniel <3 

Life of the party, always smiling. Miss you so much. Kiss grandma and Leecha for me. 

Daniel, always had a smile and was so thoughtful. 
I remember him making a CD, for me. 
He will always be remembered.  Until we meet again. 

Daniel, I love you little brother. My heart is broken. The only comfort I find in all of this is that you are with Mom,  Dad, Luisa, and most importantly God. I will hold all the beautiful memories we shared in my heart forever. So goodbye for now until we meet again.
