I remember her in the 70's & 80's married too my
Uncle Eddie.  She will be missed.

My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Barbara.  She was my supervisor when I worked in the Business office at Kaiser Permanente.  She was always professional and there was no nonsense about her at all.  She always held me to a high standard at work, even though I started off as an “on call” employee.  There would be days when I would have assignments waiting for me at my cubicle and I would be so upset and say, that’s not my job! She would tell me, in the most polite way possible, whatever we tell you to do is your job! I will never forget that.  It made me be accountable at work and I took pride in what I did from that day on.  She was one of my favorite supervisors.  I didn’t even get mad when she called me , “the baby”. ❤️

Barbara and I worked at UCLA Medical Center in the late 70s and I have kept up with her since. She had a good heart and was loved by everyone who knew her. Sending condolences and love to the family.

My condolences to the family of Barbara. She was my supervisor at Kaiser for over 10 years.  When I first started working at Kaiser I was very intimidated by her and actually never spoke to to her for the first year. But the longer I worked with her I realized although she was very professional she had a great sense of humor, a loving heart and would always back up her employees. She was a stickler on the dress code and made sure her girls were always dressed professionally. Sometimes in the morning before she would arrive to work we would be standing around the office talking and as soon as we would hear those heels coming down the hallway we would all scatter around and look busy. Sometimes she would try and sneak up on us and enter through the back of the office to catch us chatting and then sometimes she would join our conversations. Barbara was one of my favorite Supervisors at Kaiser. I am grateful and blessed to have known her,  May she rest in Peace.
