Beloved husband and father, Arthur Theodore Smith II, born February 4, 1948 and passed October 16, 2022 at the age of 74. He was loved very deeply and will be surely missed. He was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He joined the US Army in 1967, achieved the rank of Sergeant Major and retired as a reservist with 33 years of service. While serving in the military he learned the love of family and carried that with him for the rest of his life. He loved the military and thought of it as family. He moved to Los Angeles in 1970 with his love to get married and start a family. Son of the late Arthur T. Smith Sr. and Josephine P. Brunious (Smith). He was husband to the late Diana (Happily married for more than 48 years) and three children Arthur T. III, Zachary and Stephaney. Grandfather to Luxana, Lochiel & Anderson. Brothers Henry, Ronald, Anthony, Theodore, Aubrey, Harold and sister Karen. A host of many Nieces and Nephews. Cremation by Rose Hills Mortuary and remains will be forwarded to Los Angeles Veterans National Cemetery.
