Richard Matthew Garcia passed away on May 10 at the age of 31. His grandparents saw him grow into a strong and loving man. We knew and loved him as a father, brother, son, husband, and friend. A diligent and humble student, Richard was in the middle of working towards a bachelor's degree. Above all, he fiercely protected and loved those he cared about. Never will we know another who saw and lived in the world as Richard did.
