Wu Luan Chen, age 93, of El Monte, California passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023. Wu was born in Taiwan, China.

A funeral service for Wu will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hua Yuan, 3890 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California 90601.

Wu will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601; Garden of Tranquillity; Gate: 1, Section: 13, Lot: 642, Grave: 2.
