Wai Kong Kwan was born on January 9, 1928 and passed away on August 28, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Fung Sui Kwan. He is survived by his seven children: David (and Margaret), Elizabeth (and Hubert), Carol (and John), Debbie (and Ramon), Susan (and Sam), Lisa (and Danny), and Arthur (and Cindy); 20 grandchildren (and 8 grandchildren-in-law); 10 great grandchildren; and 1 expected great grandchild.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Rose Hills Mortuary, 3888 Workman Mill Road, Whittier CA 90601.
The funeral service will occur Monday, September 9, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Hillside Chapel in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Road (Gate 17), Whittier CA 90601.
A burial service will follow at Daybreak Terrace in Rose Hills Memorial Park.
