Schooling at Garfield, George Washington, and Poly High (graduate June 1947).
Met Albert in High School. Junior year sat across from each other in History class.
May 16, 1953 Married at East Side Christian Church.
Only son, Fred, was born in 1955.
1956 moved into Ransom Street House, Long Beach.
A native Californian after 79 years in southern California she moved up to Sacramento, to be closer to Fred.
Virginia was the last surviving child of Gona & Beulah Schreckengast.
Virginia is preceded in death by husband Al and sibilings Gonah (Ruth) and Olive (Jim).
Virginia passed quietly in her sleep, December 26, 2024.
She is laid to rest next to Al at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier California.
