I was a very close friend of Tommy’s brother, Richard, growing up from toddler years through Junior High so I would hang out at his house a lot.  He was really good friends with my brother, Brandon, so I would see Tommy all the time.  He would joke with me as a big brother would, giving Richard and I a hard time while we played video games or Ninja Turtles.  It was obviously in good fun and never mean.   When I heard about his passing, it hit me pretty hard and felt like a part of my childhood was gone.  I know my brother feels the same way.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.  Rest In Peace Tommy.

Just like what Reggie Garcia stated, I remember all the good times we had when we were young. I know we grew apart after high school as we raised our own families but you will always be a great friend of mine. You, Reggie and myself we’re inseparable in elementary and junior high. Rest In Peace bro!

I was saddened to hear of Tommy’s untimely passing. I met Tommy in HS. He was a friend & teammate. He always had a smile on his face & had the biggest of hearts. I cannot think of HS memories without thinking of Tommy Cantu. He was a once in a lifetime individual. My condolences to his wife, kids, family & all those whose lives he touched. I am positive that when Tommy went to meet our Lord & Savior he was welcomed into the gates of Heaven with open arms.  Rest In Peace.

I loved you since day one , thank you for always being part of my life for  me and the family . I’ve always loved your random surprise visit with flowers and goodies. Thank you so much for always keeping us close to you even doe we didn’t get to see one another often.  Loved when when we were included in the holiday group chats, we are going to miss it but not as much as seeing you. Until we meet again you will always be close to my heart

I had the pleasure of training Tom the first week he started at Niagara. It amazed me at how fast he was able to work on his own, which gave us more time to just chit chat about random things and about our families. Because we worked two different shifts, I wouldn’t talk to Tom as much but when I would work his shift, he always made me feel welcomed and would message me on the side to make sure I was doing okay. Tom, we may not have been close but I will never forget you.  

I had the privilege to work with Tom for nearly a year, and he was someone who could light up a room immediately with his laughter. He was always respectful, looked out for your well-being, and above all else had excitement when talking about how much love he had for his family. Everything he did in his life he always had his family in mind and would enjoy talking about them on social occasions.

If the measure of a man's character is those he associates with, I can see Tom had a lot of love and kindness in his life shared by those close to him.  My deepest condolences go to Tom's family and friends. Tom, you will be dearly missed, but your happy memories will stay with us forever. 

I only met Tom virtually within the last month and a half through work. Although our interactions were limited, each time I spoke with Tom he was full of life and wisdom. His positive outlook on life has had a profound impact on myself and even though we did not get a chance to meet, I will miss him dearly, but will cherish the moments we did get to share. 

Brother Tommy Boski, I miss you and wish I had the chance to say good-bye, but you mic dropped, threw deuces, and left the stage. I will always love you and cherish all the family memories, corny jokes, the endless movie quotes. Thanks for being my protector growing up, for teaching me to laugh and let loose. I could never be as cool as you, but I think you made me just a tad more interesting, and I’m better for it.  See you at the curtain call. -Tosa

Tommy, we all started hanging out in 1994, with Wu-Tang and Cypress Hill as the soundtrack. You married my beautiful friend Diana, and since then we’ve shared so many milestones together; marriages and your beautiful kids. I never imagined we’d lose you so soon. Our hearts are broken. You will be missed friend. We will take care of, love, and support Diana and the kids always. Until we meet again, xo

Man me and Tommy go back to kindergarten, South ranchito, Rivera Junior high, El rancho high, but one of my fondest memories was Tommy and his dad would always order the WWF wrestling events. We would always Bond over the Lakers and talk some crap to Brandon who lived down the street, MJ or magic?? Going to miss the hell out of you brother,rest easy Tommy love you bro!

I got to work with Tom for four months and since day one he made sure I was always good and if I needed help to just ask. He always made sure the whole team was good, no one left behind. He would make us all laugh he would make the office feel alive fun. Definitely one of the most humble and caring human beings I've ever met. The team will never be same without you. You'll be missed. Incredibly humble and passionate, he brought energy anytime he walked into a room. The long work nights with him and midnight basketball games are moments I will cherish forever.

I just started at Niagara about 2 months ago. During my training I worked with Tom for a few nights and he was very kind and made me feel right at home here at a new job, each night going out of his way to talk to me, make sure I was learning everything ok, and just to say hi. I'm so very sorry to hear about what happened. I could tell just from our few interactions that he was a great, friendly man who wanted everyone to feel welcome and comfortable.

I was one of the lucky ones of knowing and working with Tom. He was a great guy to everyone he encountered and will truly be missed. My condolences go out to his family and friends.
