I have been so blessed to call this amazing woman momma Linda for 35 years.  Mike is my best friend, and being at the house either visiting or waiting for Mike we would sit and talk and laugh. A few holidays I would go later in the day or the next day just so I could get some of her potato salad. I moved to Vegas 20 years ago and I didn't see much of anyone anymore but momma Linda would send me a message on messenger once in awhile to see how me and the kids were, and to talk about Mike lol . 
This picture was taken in 2019 when  they came for a turn around and I made sure I went to see them especially knowing momma was here. I got to speak to her a week before her passing I got to tell her I loved her and I thanked her for loving me back, I told her to get better so we can go back to the restaurant and both of us couldn't remember the name of the place all she said was " it's the one with the big chickens" we both chuckled. I'm sorry momma, Mike and kids I cannot be there, but know I'm with you and I love you guys. Rest in Paradise Momma until we meet again 💗

My grandma was special, Beautiful, loving, creative and so much more. I am forever grateful for the time and memories I was able to experience with her and will cherish them till the end. She loved going on drives, grabbing coffee, going to movies, singing and much more. I’ll miss our coffee dates and just sitting and talking together.

She loved Christmas, it was her favorite, from decorating her house to making tamales together, listening to music and having a glass of wine, once the tamales were done of course. It going to be difficult but I know she will always be with us. 

One of her favorite places to visit was Solvang and I am grateful we took a visit in September 2024 with mom 💕. 

I love and miss you grandma. Thank you for everything you did for us. Rest easy 💜

My sister Linda was the best. She was kind, generous and loving.

When I was little she took care, protected and cherished me with love. She was my idol. I loved her so much and was heart broken when she married and left to Ohio for 3 years.

Throughout our lives we were very close. She always pushed me to do my best, always encouraging and supporting me.

Linda was such a good sister I was so lucky she was mine.

I have so many good memories. We used to laugh and say we could write a book of our lives.
She and I worked together at several jobs. She was the nice one that got along with everyone.

My sister had many good qualities. She loved doing arts & crafts. She would decorate the church on special occasions. She was the greatest cook. Oh how I enjoyed her good cooking. 

Linda loved little kids and was so good to them. She was always caring for her grand and great grandchildren. She loved them so much.
I was blessed to have been the first little girl she cared for and she flourished me with love.

Linda was my sister, my 2nd mom, Comadre and my very best friend. We often referred to each other as Bonnie & Clyde and Thelma & Louise
We shared joys and sorrows but mostly we shared laughter.  She had a laughter that made you laugh just listening to her. 
 Linda was a beautiful lady inside and out. 

During her illness I spent as much time as possible with her. One of her worries were her grand babies. She was a loving Grama.

She was also a loving aunt. She showered my kids with love. She was with me at the birth of my son she often commented on how special it was.

I thank God with all my heart for all the years I had her in my life. For her unconditional love and all that we shared and did together.

I remember when I was going through a tough time in my life. Linda, you were there right on time to help me a young kid who didn’t know much about life yet and you went out of your way to encourage me to get back up and keep going even though it was tough. I appreciate you so much and thankful that I met you and that I was able to make you laugh and smile and hug you when I could. Lmao and to have me and Gabriel joke with you about the craziest stuff hahaha I will really miss you. Sorry for our shenanigans lol. God Bless you Linda, Love Matthew ❤️

Thank you Mom, for always being there for me. You were my mom but also my best friend. You were sitting there while I had my treatment. You were always worrying about me. Now it was my turn to be there for you. I was with you almost everyday, some days for hours and hours and some days 20 mins when you wanted a Pepsi, Then you'd tell me to go home. That made me so mad. You were a fighter and so strong, you loved life, you didn't give up, you fought until you couldn't anymore. I love you mom and miss you forever in our hearts. Rest in peace. My beautiful grandma 
I don’t know what to say, I’m lost for words I feel like this isn’t real. 
My grandma, what can I tell you she was strong she was a fighter she was friend she was my confidant . My grandma was my protector my voice in my head when I needed help. She made me the man I am today. We may have had our moments but when she needed me I was there as she was for me. Haha I remember when she got a cramp in her leg and I told she needed to shake it off like a salt shaker she hit my arm and laughed then cried cuz she couldn’t walk it off so I helped her walk in the living till she got better. I remember laying with you when I didn’t wanna be in my room alone. I’m gunna cherish all the memories we had in gunna miss being your sue chef in the kitchen well more like your tester haha especially when you made your chili haha we would laugh when it was spicy and I always asked who made you mad this time hahaha 
Grandma I’m gunna miss you so much my world isn’t going to be the same with out you in it. I love you grandma

What can I say that most don’t already know. My grandma Linda was the most kindest thoughtful caring person there was. You needed anything she would be there to help. No matter how much she needed help if she could help someone she would. I’m going to miss you everyday. I will cherish every memory we made from singing in the car to church. From going on road trips to Solvang, Grand Canyon, and Vegas. I will make it to Mount Rushmore for us. That was going to be our next adventure. I Love you so much! There is so much I wanted you to see and be there for. I thank you for teaching me how to drive, how to cook, how to be a kind person to showing me love and patience cause you knew I needed it. Thank you Grandma I love you with all my heart

My grandma was a wonderful lady. She left a big impact in everyone’s life! I was lucky to spend 28 years of my life with her, one thing I’ll never forget is that story she told me and my cousins about her and our aunts and grandpa. My grandma would be so disappointed when I was pregnant but she sure loved my kids. My kids were her children she said. I miss you grandma so much and I love you too. I’ll forever cherish all the memories we had made with each other from the road trips to just going to the store singing our country music. My beautiful lady did a lot for all of us! But one thing we could all say is that she loved going church and going to craft shows. Ima miss our talks and laughs that we would have with each other. Grandma  you raised me and took care of me like no other. You were my biggest supporter through my tough times and I know you’ll still be there for me and support me spiritually. I miss you so much grandma. I know you’ll be watching all of us and guiding us to heal from this great loss 😭

My beautiful mom, she left this life so different than she lived it. She loved her family and her church and her illness kept her from enjoying that over the past few months. She missed being able to spend time with her grandchildren, something she loved doing. I would have given anything for her to leave here happy and on her own terms. God had a different plan for her, we will miss her more than anyone can know. She’s resting peacefully, God bless you mom.

I wanted to share a memory that most of us all had with my grandma💜 I remember we would always have sleep overs at grandmas house and every time no matter what she made sure we knew all her songs lol. Whenever we got in the van we would all know which cd to play and which cd had what songs on it. We would sing our hearts out to country, gospel, Disney, and can’t forget 105.1 FM her favorite💜 Everyday was always the same but she made it exciting and tried to change it up all the time even if it jus meant going to a different store or going somewhere that she hasn’t gone in a while. She would always make me laugh and she would be telling me all her memories she had from childhood to now, and let me tell you this lady had an AMAZING memory😂 she remembered details and even down to what she wore. I miss my grandma and crafts shows wouldn’t be the same without you but I’m making it a promise that I will go every now and then jus for you and not gonna lie for myself too because who doesn’t love craft shows lol. But I will forever cherish all of our memories and I will continue to sing “Girl Crush” & “5’oclock somewhere” with my whole chest and even do the little drum thing on beat because that was our thing even tho she shared that moment with everyone I will continue to cherish it and your name will live on Grandma Linda💜 I love and miss you dearly forever you are with us💜❤️

My mom was everything to us. I wanna share a memory with you one day her and I were in the car and she started playing slug bug. That was our favorite game to play when we were driving until I hit her. I didn’t hit hard, but I think I hit a nerve. The first thing that came out of her mouth was you idiot? You broke my arms from that day forward, we never played that game again. We all loved seeing George Strait in the car with her, even though that we didn’t know other words there are times we would just make up words, mom you speed love by us. All you will be truly missed to Robert, Kathy and Michelle. I love all three of you with all my heart.

Our most sincerest condolences to and your family. I have loving memories with your mom and will always remember her as “Tia Linda”. Believe it or not I remember her from my childhood and recently when my mom and I would run into her while shopping. She was always good to my mom and for that I will always be grateful. I pray that she is in eternal peace and embraced by all the loved ones who have gone before her. Sending you all hugs and prayers.

To say my Aunt Linda was a good Aunt would be an understatement. 

She was a second mother to me growing up.  

She made me feel like a beloved son. She was very good to me. 

She consistently showered me with her loving affections, warm embraces and fantastic meals. 

She was good to my wife, my children and never stopped asking about them. 

It’s hard to remember a birthday of mine when she did not call me. Even after moving over 1000 miles away, she still called me. This year, when her life was hard, she still called me. 

Aunt Linda, thank you for showering me with 57 years of treasured love.
