John Arnold Van Maanen was born March 30, 1936 to parents Arie Van Maanen and Jennie DeVries. He was the youngest of seven children, all deceased. He is survived by Wife Marvis Krauss, Married for sixty-eight years. Children Geri (Don) Allen, Greg (Bonnie) Van Maanen and Steve Van Maanen. Daughter Sandy preceded in death.
He leaves six grandchildren, Jamie, Janell, Dillon, Travis, Amanda, Jenna and Spouses. He survived by eight great grandchildren, Kaylie, McKayla, Kabrey, Caleb, Luke, Troian, Alina and Hudson.
