Jess Edra Balisacan is a long time resident of La Mirada, California died on September 5, 2021 at the age of 89. Jess was born on October 15, 1931 in the Philippines to Silvestre and Carmen Balisacan. He was the fourth of eight children. Jess is survived by his wife Nancy, daughter Chona, son in-law Joel with grandchildren CJ, Jadenne and Jazelle. Also, four children namely Mario, Nelia, Susan and Alan, daughter in-laws Grace and Rebena, son in-laws Mateo and Aurelio Jr., ten grand children namely, May, Mary Jane, Marvin, Michael, Mark, Aurelio II, Samantha, Jessica , Angelica and Alben, and sixteen great grandchildren from his late wife Felicitas. He is also survived by two brothers, Alejandro Balisacan and Silvestre Balisacan Jr., nieces and nephews.
