I first met David Saenz in the fifth grade at james madison elementary, we have remained friends since.
Shortly after we became friends, we went out and got our first job together.. It
was folding boxes together at the Winchell's donut house on los Robles and orange grove blvd (paid in donuts). I could go on and on about stories with David from bill's chicken to Jerry's billiards to Arbor Hill etc etc etc.
David was a quiet and unassuming man, a
man with a plan.. who always followed through on that plan.

What a great family

I will always rember  his sweet smile, and how loving and caring he was. The last conversation we had, was about 3 month ago. It brought much joy, to hear him talk about his relationship with God. RIP Mi querido Primo. Until we meet again 🙏🏼💙🤗

My Condolences to my dear family, always remember “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord” His word said it, now we  can believe it💜 my dear Dave, big Dave! We had so much fun in our early years, you were always clowning and made life so much easier, I’ll always remember your big heart and laughter for days, your love of your dear cars, oh how you loved them and now I’m sure our Lord has a special ‘58 just for you! Your work here on earth is done and now, your reward❣️our Lord has received and Angel. Your  legacy, your Children,  the beautiful Children given you and now your love is reflected in them! Rest in piece my  dear Brother

I have so many great & heartfelt memories with my Tio David. Growing up he treated me so awesome! What a jokester he was & made me laugh all the time with his lil pranks, finger in the ear when he would walk by! Tap on the shoulder & run.. And I felt so happy when he would take me for rides in his beautiful classic cars. Him & my Tia Annette always took me to Hollywood with them, movies & just being together.  I remember when he had Inez & David & how his smile was from ear to ear with joy & proudness.He was a wonderful man & I was sadden to hear of his passing. So sorry for his loss to family

David was one of a kind. He was one of the nicest guy in the bunch. Everyone would gather at his house before heading out to brookside Park.  David would have a smile from ear to ear driving along side others in his 58. Those were the days.  We all took different paths in life but 
 Memories will always have. David rest in peace friend .

After hearing the sad news of David passing. My heart is heavy and filled with sadness. 
David was always a sweet friend to me. Always a true gentleman as well. 
Whenever we would see each other. He would greet me with a lovely smile. 
Although we lost touch over the years. Our paths took us in separate directions. 
Remembering David brings back many wonderful memories of our teen years growing up in Pasadena. He was so proud of his "58" chevy impala. 

David, rest in peace my sweet friend.

Hey Inez… this is your old old friend Kristine from Monrovia.. sorry for your loss…. Gone through a few myself… never easy, but we keep going. They are always with us no matter what.. always remembered, never forgotten …

Sad to hear of another family member passing. I remember the family house on Mountain Street in Pasadena as it was. David hanging out with friends in the parking area. The wide-eyed smile and laughter only he had with fake notes of seriousness. A chuckle after that. Gunna miss him. Good card player and part of our local group.
