Hearts full of sadness, tears that won’t abate,
Emptiness that feels endless, how do we translate?
Memories are tethers that keep us all closely bound,
Happiness shared through our family laughter’s sound.
 
Ken is also “kin,” his name seems so appropriate,
He was a model for each, displaying ways to stay “fit.”
His smile, contagious, and his eyes would twinkle so,
The love for his family gave him that special glow.
 
We miss his dear presence, his wisdom and his cooking,
An example for all, his message was clear for the taking,
Be kind and show love, it paved the way for his family,
All are blessed who are a part of the clan that is “Lee.”

I’ll always remember taking Ken and Sue to the rodeo when they came to Austin to visit the new to be in-laws.  Boots,  hat and a Texas rodeo was a real treat for Ken and he had a great evening.   Ken was a great man who loved his family.   I’ve watched him enjoy our grandchildren grow up.   I just wish my health would allow me to enjoy the Celebration of  his Life in person with his loving family.     Terry Scarborough

I remember being inspired by Great Uncle when he first told me about his exercise routine many years ago. At that time, he had gone over a year without missing a day of exercise. It was remarkable. I really admired his consistency, cheerfulness, and strength.

I remember Great Uncle as being generous and kind, so willing to share. He patiently taught Tenzin and Tatum how to write Chinese calligraphy. Such fond memories.
