Carter Lee Nelson, age 89, of Chandler, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. Carter was born May 1, 1932 in Arkadelphia, AR.

A visitation in chapel for Carter will be held Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park - Mortuary Chapel, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 13, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park - Memorial Chapel, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601.
