Born in Tiaong, Quezon, Philippines. He was the son of Ruel and Arminda Kalaw. He finished and got his Master Degree in Cal State Long Beach University and worked for Kaiser Permanente as a Nurse Practitioner.
The simple pleasures of life brought happiness to Arwin. His hobbies included watching sporting events, camping, biking and spending quality time with his family.
He will be remembered as loving, humble, simple man, generous, and God fearing.
He is survived by his wife, May Kalaw; children: Arynne Mae Kalaw and Arwin Mason Kalaw; brother, Adrian Kalaw and sister, Katrina Manalad.
The viewing will be held on July 6, 2024, 5:00pm to 9:00pm and July 7, 2024, 1:00pm to 9:00pm at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Ca. The memorial service will be held on July 9, 2024, 10am at St. Martha Catholic Church in La Puente.
Arwin will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601; Meadowbrook 2; Gate: 1, Section: 4, Lot: 21147, Grave: 3.
