I am so sorry for the loss of Andy. I pray for comfort for his family and friends. I miss seeing you at the parking structure but did not know what happened to you. I remembered you talking about retiring soon. I found out today what happened. I pray you are resting in peace.

He was an amazingly nice guy and made me cheerful even if you was having a bad day.  I will miss his effervescence and cheerfulness when coming into the office every day.  My condolences to the Duong family.

My deepest condolences to the family and loved ones that Andy left behind.  I pray that you will find solace, peace and comfort in the memories that you have of him.

I've worked with Andy since the early 1990s when we were at Public Health after which, we both went to SAPC. Throughout the years that I've known Andy, he had always been a jovial and friendly person. I had introduced him to my family, and he was so kind and friendly with them as well. This was a shocking and unbelievable news that I received and had to share with my family. 

Andy will be missed by many of his colleagues. His presence was always felt in the office, and he was always willing to provide assistance to his colleague and I with information that was requested from him.  On the more personal side, Andy was a very caring and funny dude. When he observed that I look stressed or unhappy, he would ask if everything were alright and then he would say something funny that would make me laugh so hard and forget about your worries. I considered him a great friend.  We had so many great moments working together, and one of the fondest moments that we've share d with another colleague of ours, was Friday 13th.  It was a joke that only the three of us knew about.  We would exchange emails around that time and had a great time laughing.

Andy, I will remember the fun times we've shared over the years. I will miss you dearly, but our jokes for Friday 13th will continue with you in our mind and hearts.  Rest in Peace my friend. ♥🙏

Andy, you will be missed very much. We had many funny conversations and we did laugh throughout the years i knew you. You were very kind and good friend. When you left PH Finance we still kept in touch periodically especially on Friday 13th as it was a had to be there moment joke of ours. Enjoyed the laughter and will miss you and remember you on this day always. Im sad you had to leave us so early but i know that you will be at peace. God Bless you Andy.

Andy was very happy to support SAPC Charitable Giving and Holiday  Party Fundraiser.  He said "No, I'm shy! Here's my purchase, take a picture!" And so we snapped the pic and laughed at that little silly moment.  In retrospect, we will miss the smile and joy he gave to everyone at SAPC.

I worked with Andy in the Department of Public Health for many years. He was always so pleasant.  He will be missed! My sincerest condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one.

Andy will truly be missed. Him and I would hang out at the parking garage and it will not be the same without him. He would always be playing a game or watching a video on his phone. Andy would always mess with us telling us to go back inside and go to work. His personality was the best and will be missed !!!
