our size, no other cemetery can offer the wide variety of property that can be
found in our sprawling 1,500-acre park. With such a large canvas, our designers
had the freedom to design some of the most impressive lawns
and architectural features found anywhere in the world. Smaller private and
semi-private plots, including custom estates,
are premium burial options. Our nine mausoleums,
plus custom private mausoleum property,
round out our entombment options, while niches, urn gardens, and a scattering
lawn are available for those preferring cremation.
In Southern California, Rose Hills is the location of choice for those who
adhere to the principles of Feng Shui. While the park, overall, is renowned for

Burial Vaults
Burial vaults, which are outer burial containers placed in the earth,
are used to protect the casket and to prevent the gravesite surface from
sinking. They are required for burials at Rose Hills. Manufactured on-site, we guarantee
the performance of all burial vaults we sell.
