After wages and salaries, Rose Hills has a well-rounded benefits package with a major portion its benefits paid for by the Company while the employee covers the balance, usually through payroll deduction.

Employees become eligible for benefits after a brief waiting period. Commissioned sales employees must also surpass minimum sales performance criteria to receive benefits.
 
Benefits Summary:
Medical Insurance
Your choice: a network of doctors or a plan that provides the option of choosing a doctor outside of the network.
Dental Insurance
Your choice: a dentist network or a plan that allows you to use your own dentist.
Vision Care
Participate in one of our medical plans and your vision coverage is included.
401(k) Plan
Choose from eleven different investment funds. Rose Hills invests $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed by the employee, up to $2,000.00 per year.
Life Insurance
Basic term life insurance including AD&D.
Supplemental Life Insurance
Purchase additional portable coverage for yourself, spouse and/or children.
Long Term Disability
Benefit of 60% of the employee's monthly earnings, not to exceed a $5,000.00 monthly benefit. A waiting period is required.
Employee Discount Program
Employees receive a 25% discounts on published funeral services and property prices. Flower Shop purchases also discounted.
Employee Assistance Program
Assistance for you or a family member experiencing difficulty with issues such as: drugs, alcohol, family, financial, job/career stress, legal, or marital/relationship.
