After wages and salaries, Rose Hills has a well-rounded benefits package with a
major portion its benefits paid for by the Company while the employee covers
the balance, usually through payroll deduction.
Employees become eligible for benefits after a brief waiting period.
Commissioned sales employees must also surpass minimum sales performance
criteria to receive benefits.
